Visit Local Craft Breweries

Looking to relax with a Massachusetts craft beer or two after a hike or simply enjoy sampling local beers at Massachusetts breweries, you’ve come to the right place. When you read our beer posts, we think you’ll agree the craft beer scene in the Commonwealth is phenomenal.

On recent day trips, we saw incredible New Hampshire and Vermont scenery at Whetstone Station, chilled after visiting the New Bedford Whaling Museum at Moby Dick Brewing Co. and enjoyed the beautiful New England farm landscape at the Milk Room Brewing Co beer pasture.

We hope you’ll come back often to get ideas that make it easy to find and visit local MA breweries.

Lost Towns Brewery in Gilbertville, Massachusetts on Route 32 is a hidden Central Massachusetts gem. About a half mile from the historic Ware-Hardwick covered bridge, Lost Towns offers a diverse range of craft beers, and the Fog Dancer triple dry hopped IPA is a well-balanced, drinkable brew. It’s also close to several Quabbin Reservoir gates. Check out Lost Towns the next time you are visiting the backroads of Central Massachusetts.
